• All of my Hubspot form embed codes stopped working right when I updated to 4.2.3. They were working yesterday. For some reason WordPress is not displaying the script any more. Help please! Is it possible to revert back to a older version of WordPress until WordPress fixes this problem?

  • Yeah, I just figured out I’m having the same problem and came here hoping for an answer. I’m going to try a few things. Please report back if you find a solution.

    Chrome?

It doesn’t seem to be browser-dependent. It’s broken on recent/latest versions of IE, Chrome, and FF on Windows 8 and FF on Ubuntu.

I did a backup and updated all the plugins, that didn’t help.

    No errors in Firebug console.

    Still digging around.

Loads of issues on Chrome for me and others…

FF ok, Safari OK, IE ok. But I have multiple sites that are fried with Chrome and WP 4.2.3.

Could be an interesting day or so…

    You mean HubSpot’s WordPress plugin?
Yes? Then note that plugin is Compatible up to: 3.9.7

    OR

Do you mean Better HubSpot for Gravity Forms plugin?
Yes? Then note that plugin is Compatible up to: 4.1.6

My seggestion is to contact HubSpot developers for help.

I’m not using a plugin to embed my HS forms and they’re not working.

    Hi Tara,

I think it’s more than just a compatibilty issue, I’m getting loads of issues on nearly 80 or so sites. Mainly WooCommerce sites but many different problems, and primarily on Chrome browsers…

SomethingWonderful, I’m not having the problems described in that thread on any of my sites. Not sure how I dodged that bullet.

It made me try forcing the HubSpot script URLs to HTTP, but that didn’t help.

I think I found a fix. I went back to HubSpot to grab the embed code and it looks different. I pasted the new embed code into the site and this fixed the problem. It’s a new URL for the JS file and a conditional include for IE.

I don’t know if HubSpot did this as a fix for this problem or if they changed something and that’s what caused the break.

    Glad to know it ??

@thedamian It would be great if you could share the link that you found, or the link to hubspot where you found the link, it sounds like you have a solution so would be great to be able to implement it on other sites.

@thedamian, can you create a new thread in future? For all we know, the original person’s issue could be different to the one you had faced.

Unfortunately, I tried what @thedamian mentioned and it doesn’t fix my problem. I am not using any Hubspot plug-in for the forms. I simply have the embed codes placed on different pages throughout my site.
