420k coupons created and not deleting

    Hi guys,

    The plugin is creating 100s of thousands of coupons – which is causing database problems – I’ve tried manually deleting via the plugin settings but they are still there.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    I’ve noticed that there are no expiry dates on any of the coupons that I’ve checked that have been created by the plugin.

    The coupon expiry is set to 24 hours in the follow up email settings but this doesn’t appear to be reflected in the coupons.

    I think this is why the ‘expired’ coupons are not deleting.

    It’s still unclear why there are over 400,000 coupons for only a few dozen abandoned carts.

    I would really appreciate some assistance with this issue.

    the plugin causing this error for me was a yith dynamic pricing and discounts.
