413 (Request Entity Too Large) Error when upload media File

    Hello:

    I am getting HTTP Error (413 (Request Entity Too Large)) when I am trying to upload 11.5 MB PDF.

    max_execution_time 240
    upload_max_filesize 50M
    post_max_size 50M

    I need help to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
