A while ago I uploaded a font with the plugin (Raleway), used it as body font. Now I bought the License to upload more fonts and since I did so, I cannot change the body font in the customizer anymore. And the font sometimes looks super wack, super thin. Something’s off. I did change the font to Montserrat but it doesn’t work! Anyone knows why??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you please make sure you have removed the old assign ? Also, clear the cache after font assign if you are using any cache plugin.

Regarding the font being Thin, are you using regular font weight ?

    Thanks

Hi, thanks! What do you mean “removing the old assign”? I have deinstalled the plugin, removed all fonts I installed earlier, cleared the cache muliple times… Still doesn’t work.

Thank you so much for your help, I’m really desperate with that!

‘removing the old assign’ means if you have assign the font before from our plugin, please remove the old assigned font from font assign section tab.

    Thanks

I did. There’s still something off. I cannot change the body font when the Plugin is activated. I did remove the old assign. Deinstalled the plugin, deleted it. Deleted the cache. When I change the body font now, it works. Once I re-install the useanyfont Plugin, the plugin somehow loads the old assigned font to the body font and overrides my settings in the Customer. Any idea what could cause this? Even if I delete the plugin it still loads the old assignment.. how can I remove this permanently? Thank you!!

Can you please send me the snapshot of font assign tab of our plugin ?

    Thanks

There must be some kind of assignment reloaded once I re-intall the plugin even though I delted any font assign before deleting the plugin, deleting the cache. It seems there is something going on behind the scenes and it has to do with the plugin. Because when I deactivate the plugin, everything works just fine and my settings in the customizer work. Only when I reactivate/reinstall the plugin, the error occurs again.

Then it must be cache plugin issue. Are you using multiple cache plugin or server based cached ?

From this css file, it is showing different font name and font assign. https://jadiyoga.com/wp-content/uploads/useanyfont/uaf.css

    Thanks

The issue is with the font “raleway”. It always loads this font although I have deleted it in the assign tab. The fonts shown in the uaf.css are the fonts that I now want to use. I chose montserrat as body font but it still loads raleway. And it cannot have to do with the cache plugin. When the plugin is deactivated, it shows the font I set as body font (montserrat). Only when reactivating the plugin, the font is overwritten with the raleway font.

I use clean cache and themify cache and they worked without problems so far.

    Hi,

For test can you please deactivate clean cache and themify cache and see if that helps ?

Also, using multiple cache plugins is not good idea. As it will be hard to flush all the cache at once. As one will hold old cache when clearing cache of another plugin.

    Thanks

Thanks for your help. I cannot deactivate the Themiy Cache Plugin because it seems to be part of my Theme. There is no Plugin. The other Plugins are Speed Optimizing Plugins. I deactivated it but it doesn’t help.
