4.1.1 auto-upgrade has made my site disappear

My site was at https://www.gocuplin.com or https://03bb5e7.netsolhost.com/WordPress
I just got an email to say that my site has been automatically upgraded to WordPress 4.1.1 and now when I enter either address (above) I get a HTTP500 error saying the site is under maintenance.
Similarly, when I try to login directly to WordPress – I get a user not found message.
