4.1 upgrade Dark screen light box in admin area

  • Hi all,

    I just upgraded to 4.1, the website works fine and I can log in my admin area find but any time I try to do anything in my admin area the screen goes dark like a light-box effect and stays dark. I can’t do anything.

  • Hi,

    You can try temporary rename some plugins folder in /wp-content/plugins/ in case that some of them can do this.
    You can rename them all, then one by one rename them back and you will see which one, if even do this.
    Don’t forget to write somewhere original name of plugin folder ??

    Thank you, for you suggestion, I went ahead with your suggestion and it worked but the weird thing is that when I named all of them back I never had the problem again so I don’ know which plugin was causing the problem … I am not gonna complain, as long as it’s working I good to go.
