405 Not Allowed

  • I hope this is the right place to ask this so please can someone help me.
    My problem is that I cannot access my dashboard for anxietyattackpanicattack/wp-admin all I keep getting is a 405 Not Allowed nginx/1.8.0 error message after waiting forever for it to load.
    Worked OK yesterday, but not today.
