Hi there, excellent plugin. I use it tons. But current website isn’t showing any 404s. I have visited to create 404s but still not showing in the log. I believe all options are enabled that it should be working. Not sure where to troubleshoot as I’ve never seen this before. Thanks for any help!

    Have you enabled 404 logging?

It is set to keep logs for a week, and all three logging options are enabled. There doesn’t appear to be a direct “enable 404 logging” option though. Am I missing something?

Are your 404 pages powered by WordPress? Some sites serve 404s directly from the server, so the plugin is unaware of them.

    Yes, definitely wordpress 404s.

Are there other plugins that could be interfering? Could you try disabling them? Maybe you have a cache and the pages are cached and don’t trigger a 404.

Eliminated all possible conflicts with no luck. I exported my redirects, deleted all data and plugin, reloaded, imported redirects and things are working.

I think the problem was that a version change happened while the plugin was deactivated and it didn’t check for the database upgrade upon re-activation of a newer plugin version. Just a hunch.

    Thanks for your help.

Interesting, thanks, I’ll investigate that. It should auto-detect from whatever state it was last used in.
