    Hi,
Really like your plugin. We came across an issue last week. You get a 404 when there are less products available then products per page is put on. In the steps below I’ll describe how to get to the 404:
    – On a page there are 33 products visible. Only 20 products show, because that is the standard number of products visible.
    – You go to page 2.
    – You decide to change the products per page from 20 (standard) to 40, because you want to see all, then you get a 404.

Do you know how to fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

You can try the ‘First category page’ setting (don’t remember the exact wording). This will reset the user to the first page to prevent the 404 based on the available products.

    Hi Jeroen,

I tried the case with that setting first on (it was already on), then I tried it off. Both give the same 404 page as result.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi,

Check your caching settings, it could be its because of that.
The ‘Go to first category page’ setting was intentionally build for that and works for all other users (so far no reason to believe it shouldn’t work on any other installs)

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

    Hi,
We did some more testing and we think it might be due to a plugin we use it with. We use a filter from this plugin: WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter.
In their documentation they mention to use your plugin for the products per page. I’ll also send them an email about this bug.

    Cheers, Emma
