404 when saving parameters

    Hi

    I use the free version of UM, the latest version.

    When I go to Settings, Users and want to register, I am directly redirected to a 404 page not found.

    But it only happens on this Users tab, all the others work.I’ve checked my permalinks, they’re on “Post Name”.

    Do you have any ideas to help me solve this little problem?
