404 when googling a user profile

Hi, I have a index page with members and the problem is that when I google a member and clicks that link it results in a 404. Please look at the following example:
This is the googled search page that results in a 404:
https://www.karf.se/index-kontrollansvarig?pid=55&sid=185:sofie-nilssonThis is that user’s profile (which works from within the site):
https://www.karf.se/user/sofie-nilsson-/This is the index members page that holds all the members:
https://www.karf.se/sok-kontrollansvarig/Have I missed anything with the permalinks?, can’t seem to find any settings for this in UM admin.
