404 when clicking on SmugMug gallery

I don’t think you have a page with the slug smugmug-gallery – that is why you are getting a 404 error. You need to ensure that the page exists before you try to display your galleries there.

Sayontan, thanks for your response. It does appear that someone deleted that page. However, if I recreate a page with the smugmug-gallery slug, it produces an empty page.

Sorry for missing this – it came in while I was on a long international flight.

To be honest, I am not sure what is wrong with your setup in this case. I was able to replicate your gallery on a similar setup with no issues. See here. You may try disabling your cache to see if that helps, but I doubt it.

If nothing works, consider using a different display type, i.e. don’t display the contents of the album in a different page, rather display it using the overlay or using a lightbox directly.

Sayontan, Thank you for looking at this. We’re stumped too. Since it’s in a multisite, and each site is identical, I suspect it’s in the database somewhere. When we launched all of them worked perfectly. We’ll find it somewhere!
