  • I am seeing the same behavior from the site search results. In settings I have selected to use download slugs as the endpoint, but in the site search results, I get results formatted like site.com/?post_type=dlm_download&p=34289 instead of site.com/download/file-name-slug. When I click on the search result, I get a 404.

    Guys, make sure you update your permanent links in the WordPress settings. Dashboard/Settings/Discussion. this is something explained in the plugin’s FAQ.

    I already did it as that uses to solve most of the permalink problems but not this time. After updating permalinks nothing happens ??

    No fix for this? ??

    Hey @prototypeix,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please note that while we do have categories and tags, they are not publicly queryable which means you cannot access the category archives. You will need to modify the plugin and create a custom template. Another way is to use our “Page Add-on” plugin https://www.download-monitor.com/extensions/page-addon/.

    This seems to work, but there’s a way to create pagination with Page Add-on shortcode? It is listing all the download tags/categories from A to Z without pagination. I would like a pagination or A-Z links. Is it possible? Thanks ??

    Hey @prototypeix,

    The “Page Addon” can display the pagination. Please check https://www.download-monitor.com/kb/page-addon/.

    You will need to use the following parameter in the shortcode.

    posts_per_page=20

    Also, please note that now since you are using our premium plugin, for support please contact us directly from our website using the same email used to purchase our license.
