404 to 301 Redirect not working after DB migration

After database migration this plugin stop working. I changed only DB – all files and links are still same. There are many redirections, but it display only 404 page. No redirect. Same problem in Troubleshoot mode with basic theme. How to fix it? If I set one adress to redirect all 404 in plugin, this works. But diferent rules for diferent old adresses dont.
