    Hi,

I installed this plugin and everything was fine (23000 redirects).

However, due to traffic increasing, my hosting provider put Mysql in other Serve2.

Since that day the plugin take down my server when is activated.
I deleted the plugin and tables, then I installed again…however the issue occurs again (It take all Ram 28 GB in 1/2 minutes)

I Find this error on debug.log

[14-May-2021 18:31:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 600 seconds exceeded in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/404-solution/includes/PermalinkCache.php on line 198

    Can you help me?

I’ll keep working on this. In the meantime it may solve the issue if you disable automatic redirects (the three checkboxes at the top of the options page) and not use the [abj404_solution_page_suggestions] tag on a custom 404 page.

    Please try version 2.24.0.

@todayer @jmartin223 I’d love to get your feedback on the current version to see if the issue has been solved. Most people just delete the plugin instead of reporting the issue so thanks for that. In the meantime, since there’s been no response for a while I’ll assume the issue is fixed and close the support topic.

    Hi @aaron13100

I tried yesterday and my server was gone…
Several requests like this blocked MySql:

    | 472988 | xxxx | xxxx:5266 | xxxxx | Query | 4073 | Waiting for table level lock | /* —————— /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/404-solution/includes/sql/upd | 0.000 |

I’ll put out another update to convert the tables to InnoDB when I can.
