'404 Redirection' Plugin Stops 'Ninja Affiliate' Plugin from Working

I’m facing one problem.

‘Ninja Affiliate’ Plugin not working when ‘404 redirection’ plugin is active. Anyone else facing the same problem???

I created a ninja link but it’s not redirecting to the target but redirecting to my homepage.

Actually the thing is that when I’ve ‘404 redirection’ plugin activated Ninja plugin doesn’t work, but works fine when that plugin is deactivated.

So any idea? what will you tell about this?

For me both the plugin is equally important.
