404 redirect?

  • Hi,
    I tried out a number of different 404 redirect plugins such as 404 to 301 or Easy 404 Redirect, and when I use them, the deeplink mask generator does not work anymore. Instead of linking to the resp. external page it acts like this link is a 404 error and links the page to the redirected 404 page.
    Do you know of a 404 redirect plugin that works with SEO Ultimate or is there a function in SEO Ultimate that allows me to do the 404 redirect?

    No redirect modules scheduled at this time, but, we may have to look at the directive and determine why the other plugins are getting prominence over SEO Ultimate and also redirecting any Deeplink Juggernaut links as well.

    Perhaps because they are virtual until the page is active, so, it may see them as not substantial and then redirect occurs on our links too. So, will have our devs look into this (but, you should also reach out to the other plugins) and ask for their insight on this issue as well.
