404 Page When Checking Out

    When attempting to purchase an item from my store, I go to check out it takes me to a 404 page. Why is that happening, how do I fix that and how can I test to make sure everything is okay?

    Does this problem occur only when there is a donation product in the cart, or even when there are only no-donation products in the cart?
    Can you provide a link to your site to aid in troubleshooting? If we can get access to your site’s backend, that may also expedite diagnosing this issue. You can provide this information to us directly via [email protected].

    Hi, not sure, but I think the problem was my SSL certificate not loaded on my backend. Now the host states that that’s the problem. I’ll let you know asap.
