404 page not found on windows hosting

    I’m having problems with my WP site and are receiving many 404 errors, especially after signing into the site.

    I have installed WordPress on the following hosting domain creditcompare.co.za/sweepbook/rate-this/, this is where all the WP files reside. creditcompare.co.za is my main host with Godaddy and sweepbook.com is an added domain for a seperate site hosted on creditcompare.co.za. The site is https://www.sweepbook.com/rate-this/, but after logging in and using some of the other pages, the site directs to https://www.sweepbook.com/sweepbook/rate-this/ instead?

    Lastly, how can I add a / after the domain name, if you click on the logo or home, it reads https://www.sweepbook.com/rate-this and get the 404 error again, but if I add the / on the address bar like https://www.sweepbook.com/rate-this/ then it works fine.

    I am confused and ran out of ideas. Please assist?
