404 Page Not Found Error – Anyone?

    According to my stats, MANY users on my site are landing on the 404 Page Not Found error page. But, no matter where I click within the site, or on the search engines, I can’t seem to get that error myself.

    If anyone gets that error when clicking on this link,

    could you please let me know? Or if you got the error while clicking inside the site, could you let me know what you clicked on? And either way, could you tell me what country you are in? I’m not sure if that has something to do with it?

    Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

  • Are they getting 404s on actual URLs or on nonexistent URLs? Bots can generate lots of 404s by hitting nonexistent site URLs.

    It looks like my normal URLs with a /text/ added. But, my stats differentiate between bots and real people, and these are real people. It’s so weird…
