404 Page not found

  • Hi,

    This looks like it’s a really nice plugin and recent
    However, we found an issue, while trying to access
    Store Credit link in “my account”

    Erro 404

    That page can’t be found.

    Nothing was found at this location. Try searching, or check out the popular items below.

    Also, we noticed when a credit is used and the order is cancelled, the credit amount used in that cancelled order is not returned:
    Example: we have a credit of 50€
    we use 25€ in a new order, and it’s the status of the order is moved to “processing”, or any other state. If that order is now cancelled, the remainder of credit amount is still 25€ and not 50€ as it should be.

    Hi,

    Will work on that credit amount not returning issue, regarding your 404 issue, Go to WordPress > Settings > Permalinks

    over there dont make any changes in the permalink and just click on the Save Changes button and that will fix the issue of 404

    We have released a new version today v1.0.17 that will fix the 404 error issue and it will restore the credit amount back to coupon if the associated order is cancelled or refunded

    yes, I had done that a few days ago exactly that on the permlinks ??

    If you need I can give you some more inputs/business cases on this, if you are interested.

    A good option to have, it would be to able to exclude categories ??
