  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Yes i have tried this, i deactivated all my plugins but the issue did’nt get resolved so i reactivated them all again. And i also change my template to twenty eleven but the same issue still exists. Even my web hosting provider suggested me to share my problem on this forum, now i don’t know where to go. ??

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then set a custom permalink structure back up again.

Are you sure doing this will not affect my positioning in search engines?

Setting my permalink to default resolved the issue and page got open without showing any error, but now i have changed my settings back to my old settings and the error is back again. my custom permalink structure is /%category%/%postname%/

Check with your hosts that mod_rewrite is running on your server.

Is it possible to change permalink structure of my category Love Quotes only?

No – the permalink structure is global. But the real issue here is that custom permalinks should be working. What happens if you use one of the preset permalink structures in Settings -> Permalinks
