I use the Brevo service (formerly SendinBlue) to send SMTP emails. It turns out that to track links, Brevo adds a GET parameter to the URL: ?_se={HASH} and this is causing conflict with Customer Reviews in its latest version. It turns out that with this parameter in the URL, the client is being taken to a 404 page. If I remove the parameter it goes to the correct page. I had to install version 5.42.0, which is the last one where Customer Reviews worked perfectly for me even with the additional GET parameter.

    Example URL:

    Original URL:
    site.com/cusrev/05050505/r=00bff9e515cafc2c

    URL with Brevo parameter:
site.com/cusrev/05050505/?_se=amxvdXJlbmNvLnJqQGdtYWlsLmNvbQ%3D%3D&r=00bff9e515cafc2c (this last one doesn’t work in the latest versions of CusRev but it works in version 5.42.0 and older)
