404 on printed page from IE 11

When I try to print from Internet Explorer (IE 11) everything looks good in the PF content lightbox, but after printing the document it prints the 404 page from the site. The URL displayed on the page is the post URL, but with XXXXXX.htm added to the end (eg. https://mywebsite.com/my-article-slug/KQQH5BO.htm). This is not an issue when creating the PDF, and does not seem to happen in any other browser.
