    Hi Karnabal,

You are trying to access the FAQ post directly. It should be accessed through shortcode instead:

[select-faq]: display specific FAQ posts, using the attributes faq_name, faq_slug and faq_id which take comma-separated lists of post names, slugs and ids respectively.

Hope this helps you out! ??

I’m not really sure to understand it well. I’m trying to access the FAQ post by its own URL. Now, it’s ok on your website (example I gave), but not on mine (see the FAQ section).

I inserted the shortcode [ultimate-faqs include_category=”cat-name”] in a page. In the front office, bots and users are facing a 404 if they follow the link that is on the question.

I’ve also tried [select-faq faq_name=”redaction-de-titre-de-document”] shortcode, but it doesn’t show nothing.

Anyway, the URL of the FAQ post should be lead to a found page. ?? Don’t you think so?

    Hi Karnabal,

Yes, the URL should definitely lead to a standard WP post page. Where is the URL that isn’t working coming from? If it’s not working correctly, that sounds like some sort of rewrite problem potentially. Do you have any plugins activated that rewrite URLs for their posts?

    Hey EtoileWebDesign,

No plugin that would rewrite URLs, only WP native permalink activated (/%postname%-%post_id%).

The link is in the web page I gave you the link in my previous post. ??

    Hi karnabal,

When I go to the link that’s displayed in the title link (https://www.sumseo.com/faqs/pourquoi-appelle-t-on-ce-titre-un-title), it seems to show the post correctly.
