• Resolved SeeThrough Web

    (@seethroughweb)

    Hey there.

Since upgrading to v6.0.7 we have to resave permalinks every time we create or edit an event, otherwise the event link results in a 404 page.

Any known issue here? Pretty much everything else is up to date.

    Thank you

    Simon

    Hi @seethroughweb

    Thanks for reaching out.

There could be a plugin/theme conflict on your end. Could you try running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

In addition, if you have a caching plugin or server-side caching (Object cache, etc.), please try to disable them and check if that makes a difference.

If that doesn’t help, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • Theme

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi @seethroughweb,

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I’m happy to help.

We have been seeing some issues after the huge The Events Calendar 6.0 upgrade months back and our developers have been working to resolve all the issues we have been seeing. Just yesterday, the development team release The Events Calendar 6.0.8. If you haven’t had the opportunity to update, please do so and let me know if this helps with the issue that you are seeing. If it doesn’t help, we’ll dig in and try to figure this out.

    Thank you so much,

    Chad
