404 on archive page

    Hi,

    For some reason after installing the plugin on a genesis site (Maker Pro) the archive page returns a 404.
    I’ve added a portfolio item and even tried to add a page called portfolio in the hopes the portfolio would work.
    Disabled all plugins so see if there are compability issues.
    I’m also running the latest version of wordpress and genesis
    PS the URL of the portfolio item also returns a 404.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, Dominic.

    Please could you visit the Settings -> Permalinks page, then check your portfolio archive and item pages again?

    Visiting that page refreshes your WordPress rewrite rules, which is often enough to fix the 404 issue you describe.

    I have the same issue and it didn’t help me. Any suggestions?

    Should I be saving the settings on the Settings -> Permalinks page? And does it matter what it’s set to?
