404 not fpund on all products after WP 5.2

After updating to WP 502 I had white screen of death on home page and product pages. I found one plugin which caused it and removed it (Word Press HTTPS)

Now i can see the home page and product search works. I have order buttons on the front page which link to the url of the product page. They get “The requested URL /product/imsa-1969-1989/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I get the same error from links I see on Google
