  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues generating a feed.

The fact the feed file is not there can basically mean two things:

    1. There are not enough permissions for our plugin to create the file on the above location. Are you perhaps running a strict permission/security plugin that could be causing this?
    2. The feed did not finish running. Is the status showing a “ready” status?

    2. Yes, the showing status is “ready”

    1. I don’t have any security plugin or strict permission plugin on my wordpress website.

Now, I tried to deactivate all plugins. The problem is still there.

When I check ?Plugin system check” there is Product feed directory writable – False

Which could indeed indicate there is a permission issue when our plugin is trying to write/create the product feed file.

Can you share with us the content of today’s WooCommerce fatal error log? This is where you can find it: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

”There are currently no logs to view.” – It shows this.

As a last resort, can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us? Perhaps we can see something strange in your feed configuration. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    1. When I generate a feed, when it is processing, it shows up these errors: https://ibb.co/ZY6F8Jy
    2. When I use debug.log it shows this: https://ibb.co/cy4BWHY

Both error again indicate there is an issue with (probably) permissions as both the debug.log file and product feed file cannot be written in the directories that should be writable.
