Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

I deactivated all plugins. Switched to a new theme and still did not work. I even ended up setting the permissions of some of the folders which I think are relevant to the issue to 777 permission, but nothing worked. ??

Any other ideas?

Hi again Takayuki – Just wondering if there is a way to temporarily disabling submission of the form via AJAX? I think the error is due to some AJAX conflicts.
Any chance I can do that, and do plain POST?
