404 Not Found on product pages

We visited the example pages you posted and some other pages on the staging site, but did not get 404 error or redirection issue.

Can you let us know what pages to visit to trigger the error?

Strange but true. I only did some theme settings and updated perfmatters and LiteSpeed cache settings disabled hide my wp and wp hardening plugins on the main site since yesterday. i also, created a no cache and other settings page rule on Cloudflare, until we finish development as their dev mode lasts only for 3 hours.

This is what i did yesterday and to my pleasant surprise as i tried it today it is working. will continue trying from my end to make sure it works before i hand over to dev. but please advise if you can find any reason why it was not working so we could at least know the root cause.

Another point before i forget, i keep getting this pop up on the main site:

Kava.house says:
wpvivid_request: error(): an error occurred when trying to establish communication with your server. This error may be request not reaching or server not responding. Please try again later.

Thanks for your update.

Then it should a cache issue, that’s also why we suggest on the plugin’s ‘create staging’ page to temporarily deactivate all cache plugins or settings before creating a staging site.

For the wpvivid_request: error(), you can open the browser’s developer tool(press F12 on Chrome) and when the error appears, click the ajax(in red) and see what action name it is. See this example screenshot.

We will assume it is for now. as for the errors, this is another error:
Undefined array key “old_files_path” 1
wp-content/plugins/wpvivid-backuprestore/admin/partials/wpvivid-settings-page-display.php:348

i will review the other popup error when it happens and get back to you.

For the error ‘Undefined array key’, where do you see it? Please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version and see if the error is fixed.

I see. It’s strange since the code in the warning message has been commented out in the latest version of the plugin. We have also not received the same report so far.

That said, we are going completely delete the code from the next public version, which should solve the issue.

Until that, you can just ignore it.

How do i create a DNS redirect for a subdomain so i can host my staging environment. i am a novice at this and need help. i am using cloudflare. i am confused createing an A record or a cname record.

basically, i want to create staging dev.kava.house and point it to kava.house/dev which would be at absolute path /var/www/html/dev

i am obviuosly doing something wrong since this is the error i got:

“Cannot check whether the subdomain is pointed to the directory you entered, please make sure the directory exists.”

Could you please explain the proper settings for both dns and create staging from wpvivid. P.S i had my agency install the pro version license.
