404 not found issue

I am using this plugin for WooCommerce review and it seems some issue with the Catcha Image. It returns 404 not found error. Page url is https://emersondev.com/shop/accessories/45-knife-clip/
The file is on correct location and the permission is all correct. But it seems issue with the way it is loading the image.
I am using the latest version
