404 not found

  • Hello,

    I have a website B that I put in different server than my main site, site A. So my sub domain like this subdomainB.maindomainA.com.

    Before putting website B to be subdomain, I can use standard and other permalink formats.

    After website B be subdomain of main website A, now when I click an article in subdomain B, it says 

    404 Error File Not Found
The page you are looking for might have been removed,
had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    Now I can only user standard permalink, other than that it always says

    404 Error File Not Found......

    I put IP address of website B in DNS Zone editor in Cpanel of website A.

    I hope anyone can give me a clue what happen to my website B after converting to be subdomain of website A.

  • When moving website B to its current location, did you replace all of the old URL references in the database with the new URL?
