What urls are in Settings -> General?

Both urls should be https://daraku.pingperfect.com/devvsbugs/ initially.

So why didn’t you install WordPress in that domain right from the start?

Well I already explained that.

I start the installation on https://devvsbugs.net/.
When I click on the “start creating the config file” button I get redirected to https://daraku.pingperfect.com/devvsbugs/.
Even when I manually change the URL every time to https://devvsbugs.net/ I get redirected to https://devvsbugs.net/devvsbugs/ when I try to remove a plugin. Which results in a 404.

OK – so remove the install completely and re-install using a fresh database via https://devvsbugs.net/wp-admin/install.php and ensure that you enter the correct site url during the installation process.

I did, 5 freaking times and I get always redirected to the wrong url … even BEFORE the installation is even started

I think that is what is causing all of your problems. Try removing the redirect and discussing with your hosts the best way to host this domain properly.
