We only offer support through our official channel at https://help.clickervolt.com – we don’t offer support on www.remarpro.com forums for the following reasons:
1/ It is not efficient for us to have support scattered across different channels
2/ When someone posts a new topic here, we do NOT get any notification, so the only way we can know is by coming here from time to time – which we don’t do often at all. The end result is that you’re waiting for an answer while we don’t know that you asked something ??
3/ For reporting bugs or any issue, there is a “Contact Us” option directly available in the ClickerVolt plugin
4/ Note that even though we fix all reported bugs, support requests falling under other categories are only available in the premium packages as explained in the first 2 lines of our plugin description:
