    Hi,

I tried to create a new event yesterday. After finishing Text and set the date/time, I published it. I wanted to see the event, but it lead me to a 404 page. I changed the date/time, resaved, tried again. Still the 404.
So I created another posting, but it was the same. The event is also not showing up in the monthly events, but I can search for it with the keyword I set for it and it will show the event (clicking on it gives the 404 ofc).

I tried to use this code snippet in functions.php: https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/b3283cb4503c880a205448dbafc19f7b

I also resaved the permalink page.

Can anybody help me with this? ??

    Theme: Avada 7.10.1
    Plugin Version: 6.0.12
    PHP Version: 8.1

    Hi @itswfgmbh,

    Thanks for contacting our team!

To better understand the problem you’re experiencing, could you please provide us with a link to your calendar? Kindly make sure that your events are not set to “Private“.

Additionally, have you tried rolling back your PHP version to 8.0 or running a conflict test to see if that resolves the issue?

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Jean

    Hi Jean,

thank you for your fast respond!

    The calendar is here: https://www.wjl.de/veranstaltungen/list/
And the event in question is this one: https://www.wjl.de/veranstaltung/betriebsbesichtigung-hotset/

I’ll try the conflict test next. We were told that a rollback is sadly not possible – but we posted other events before with the new PHP Version and had no problems.

    Hi @itswfgmbh

While waiting for the conflict test, could you also check the values of the following from your System Information by navigating to Events > Troubleshooting:

    • Custom Tables Migration Status
    • Custom Tables Health Check

Please don’t post your whole system information, only the values I mentioned above.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Darian,

I’ll run the conflict test out of business hours so there won’t be any troubles with the live website – but I can provide the information you asked for.

    • Custom Tables Migration Status: Completed
    • Custom Tables Health Check: Good!

    Thank you for your reply!

    Hi @itswfgmbh

    Thanks for your response.

To avoid issues on your live site, please run the conflict test on a staging version of your live site. Also, please ensure that you have the latest version of the plugin.

Let me know how it goes.
