404 events add-on presale questions

I noticed there is a add-on for blocking ip’s based on number of 404 events and their frequency. I have some questions on this:

1. Is it the plugin automatically whitelists google bots and other bots as I do have certain pages that are 404?

2. Is this an official add-on created by you?

3. Can anything be done regarding the current price?
