404 errors when submitting a form

You should use submit action to submit the form and post method to post the form. Sample code for both would be as follows :-

Sorry should have been more specific. I can always right forms that work. But for some reason its not working this time.

if i type in: https://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add

the page shows correctly, but if i submit form data to:
https://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add

then i get a 404, you can test it for yoursleves at that address

Until someone comes by with a better answer, try validating. You may have an unclosed comment as well as other elements.
