    The most common support request I get: 404 errors.

    There are two causes for this 99% of the time:

    1. Subfolder installations: Commerce7 does not work on subfolder installations, you need to use a subdomain.
    2. Permalinks: You need to be using pretty permalinks, and sometimes you will need to resave your permalinks in order to regenerate the redirects.

    After those 2 are fixed, most people have no more issues.

    Other errors in C7 are logged in your browser’s dev console. Refer to those errors when contacting [email protected] for help.
