    Hello,

Since the new update when i go to publish any changes im getting a “request failed with status code 404”.

It also completely destroys the page that the slider is on. this is the error message i get on the page that the slider is on.

    Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Actually heart broken this is happening as this plugin was going to rock.

    @tdesign11 ,
Do not worry we are here and we help you to make it work for you.
First of all we released an update today so please try to update it and give it a try.
if that does not help, please try to deactivate all the other plugins but Depicter to see whether this is a plugin conflict or not.
Also have a look at these quick tips https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/category/261-quick-tips

We had an issue in our server and right now it should be working just fine.

Looking forward to hearing back from you

    Hi,

    Updated to the latest version.

    Deactivated all plugins.

    still the same old problem.

i even removed the plugin and started again. spent 7 hours created the slider again. everything worked fine. as soon as i started repositioning content for mobile and tablet devices i got the 404 error.

When i go to publish the slider i get the 404 error.

sorry but this plugin is wasting my working ours, its just way to unstable. such a shame.

    support is not great either.
