    Hello,

There are quite a lot of 404 errors

    /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_ff04608ee45729863476092f0e4e952e.js

We have the latest Version 3.1.2 version. Deleted the caches, deactivated and reactivated the plugin…

in that case make sure to clear any page cache you or your host might have, that _should_ fix it.

additionally make sure the “Enable 404 fallbacks?” option is active and test if it works. if it does not work out of the box some changes might be needed on a webserver configuration level.

    hope this helps,
    frank

    Hi,

I just wanted to follow up and let you know that there are still 404 errors, and when I try to delete the autoptimeze cache, the wp-content/cache/autoptimize does not empty.

The wp super cache does empty the folder, so I assume the CSS and js files are the cache that stays after that.

but clearing the AO cache will not fix 404 errors (on the contrary), it is the page cache (wp super cache and any other page caching solutions you or your host might have) that should fix the 404’s actually.
