I looked at your site and it looks like you have a caching plugin active that may be showing outdated content.

For example, I attempted visiting https://www.tripreporter.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/social-media-feather/synved-social/image/social/regular/32×32/pinterest.png on your server, and got redirected to the homepage, so it does seem like you successfully removed the plugin.

Can you confirm whether you are using WordPress Cache Enabler Plugin and/or Autoptimize? If so, they may require a flush before you stop seeing requests for our files.
