    We’re trying to add an item to the BP menu and when I publish the item, it all seems to work perfectly.

    However, when I click the link in the user profile to see the new tab I’ve added, I get a 404 error. This happens no matter what content I put in the tab, if I lock or unlock for groups, and if I’m logged into other users. Am I missing something in the setup? I don’t even get anything in the error log, just the 404 in the access logs. Thanks!

    I discovered the slug matched that of another page on a different menu in the profile. Renaming the page caused the 404 to stop.

    First of all, I’m very sorry for the delayed response. I just got back from my own wedding and thus have a huge backlog of work ??

    I’m glad that you were able to narrow down the issue and solved it by yourself, kudos! I’ll also test similar scenarios and try to implement a better error reporting system in similar cases.
