404 Error – Woocommerce Reports

Hi,
woo analytics generates the report in the background and sends out an email with the link to download the file.
I have noticed that when the user clicks the report URL, they are redirected to a 404 page, when the user is not already logged in to admin.
Without the WPS login enabled, the user would be redirected to the login page, once authenticated the report would download.
Is there a way to ensure that the report links can be accessed not logged in instead of being sent to a 404?
