@tauria please go to Settings > Permalinks and click the save button at the bottom of the page to flush your permalinks and see if that has any effect. Also, do you know whether you’re using an NGINX or Apache web server?

I have already saved permalinks, but the problem is still there.
We are using Apache web server.

    Hey Nina,

If you install the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin, do you see our sitemap rewrite rules there? Just look for something that references “aioseop” at the top of your list with rewrite rules.

    Hello,

I installed Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin, but I don’t see “aioseop” anywhere.

    Best regards,

Hey Nina, in that case please reach out to our support team here so we can troubleshoot this for you more closely – https://aioseo.com/contact/. Click the “Complete a Form” button on that page. We’ll have to investigate why the rewrite rules are not saving; it might be aggressive caching, it might be something else.
