404 error when using albums

    I get a 404 page when using albums and clicking on a gallery. I’ve tried both options for url, both don’t work. I’ve tried the flush rewrite rules plugin, still doesn’t work. I’ve also changed the gallery slug in the functions.php file to use something other than gallery, but I still have issues.

    The pretty url setting sends it to 404 page, the querystring setting sends it to the blog.

    I had a look at your site, and I think it is doing that because you already have a page with a slug of “gallery” – https://sergehthedev.com/djanbazian/gallery/

    You can try changing that page’s slug and see if you still get the same issue

    no i tried changing that page’s slug, but still doesn’t work. I also changed the album slug in the functions.php file but still get the 404

    please can you do a small test for me:

    Create a new page and add the foogallery album shortcode to that page. And share the link so that I can see if the gallery links work on that new page.
