404 error when submitting booking

Please check that your permission for php files of plugin was setted as 755, relative to this description.

Also, if you are set showing thank you page, after the resrvation is done,so then please recheck that thank you page URL in general booking settings page is exist.

If its will not help, please send the link to your page with booking form, so then I can check it and try to help for fixing this issue.

I have set all the php files to be 755 as instructed, but the 404 continues.
I am not using a thank you page, just a thank you message.

you are have blocked the access to this file
https://www.eastcentral.org.au/wp-content/plugins/booking/wpdev-booking.php
right now its show message “Not Found”, but this file is exist.
Its mean that inside of the .htaccess file inside of your site or in some other place in your server configuration is block for direct access to such files.

You need to edit your configuration and give access to this file.
So after this its have to start work.

Thanks for that. My .htaccess file is a standard configuration so it must be being blocked elsewhere on the server.
I will check with my host provider.
(Is there anything I can put into the .htaccess file to override the host providers server settings?)

The host provider fixed the acces. (Sometime the permissions go funny on my host)
