404 error when reader submits comment

  • Whenever a reader submits a comment instead of refreshing the page and displaying comments, they get a 404 error.
    I also got same error in different other wordpress websites.

    tutorialsbucket.com
    learnforearn.com

    all these have same problem and there are many more.
    Please help me to solve this problem.
