404 error when publishing a post

  • I try to publish a post/page and I get a 404 error message. I also noticed this message in the backend;

    To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home/sollecoa/public_html/wp-content/backup-db

    I looked inside the /wp-dbmanager folder but there is no .htaccess file

    What should I do?
