Thank you for the information. Is there a workaround for this? Based on my 404 log, it seems that Google Bot trying to visit the URL like below:

    /word-repair/?os=Windows&cat=Networking

    (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +https://www.google.com/bot.html)

    Thanks

Try to use some tools like Visual SEO Studio to find if you have these links on your site somewhere. It will we good to check it anyway.
You can clean these parameters or all parameters on robots.txt like this: Disallow: *?
Check the site after you will make changes in robots.txt to make sure that you excluded exactly what you wanted.
Usually, you don’t need to index any parameters at all, if you have user-friendly URLs.
You can also go to Google Search Console and manually point to Google that these links shouldn’t be indexed on Outdated Content Removals.
